When to use PayPal format, uploading to PayPal Payouts, and reconciliation tips.
Use PayPal CSV when affiliates chose PayPal as their payout method and you pay through PayPal Payouts.
When to use PayPal format
Export PayPal format from Payouts when:
- Affiliates provided PayPal emails in their profile
- You pay in your payout currency via PayPal mass payout
Wise export is better for bank transfers. See Wise CSV export.
Upload to PayPal Payouts
- Export CSV from the Due tab in Payouts
- Log into PayPal Business → Payouts
- Upload the CSV; columns map to recipient email and amount
- Confirm fees and submit batch
Verify your PayPal account has sufficient balance and the currency matches.
Reconciliation tips
- Export amount should match the sum of selected Due rows
- Keep the CSV with your accounting records
- Mark paid in Partnersify only after the PayPal batch succeeds
- If a row fails in PayPal, do not mark paid; fix the email and retry
