Partnersify stores your affiliate agreement as versioned legal content that affiliates must accept before promoting.
Agreement sections
Your affiliate agreement has two markdown sections:
- Required: non-negotiable terms set by Partnersify to function property
- Editable: optional section you can update more freely
Both combine with your legal entity name when published.
Publishing a new agreement version
When you save significant agreement changes from Portal → Terms, a new agreement version is created and marked active.
Existing affiliates are prompted to re-accept on next portal login.
Affiliate acceptance records
Each agreement version stores a record of exactly what the affiliate agreed to, including the date and the text at that time.
Affiliates can view the agreement text in their portal knowledge base.
Your legal responsibilities
You are solely responsible for:
- Accurate commission descriptions in your agreement
- Tax reporting and affiliate compliance
- Enforcing your program rules
Partnersify provides the infrastructure to display and record acceptance — not legal review of your terms.
