Privacy Policy
Last Updated: March 25, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Partnersify (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use our website and platform.
1. Our Role in Data Processing
Partnersify is a business-to-business (B2B) software platform. It is important to understand the difference between our direct customers and the affiliates who use our software:
- Merchants: If you create a Partnersify account to run an affiliate program, you are our direct customer. We are the "Data Controller" of your information.
- Affiliates: If you sign up to promote a Merchant, the Merchant is the Data Controller of your information. Partnersify acts as the "Data Processor" hosting the software on their behalf. If you wish to access or delete your affiliate data, you must contact the Merchant directly.
2. Information We Collect
From Merchants: We collect your name, email address, and website URL when you create an account. If you subscribe to a paid plan, our payment processor collects your billing details.
From Affiliates: We collect your name, email address, and payout preferences (such as PayPal or Wise email) when you join a Merchant's program.
From End-Customers: When a customer buys a product through an affiliate link, we record transaction details (like order amount) to calculate commissions for the Merchant.
3. Checkout and Tracking
We use third-party service providers, including Stripe, to securely process payments and manage subscriptions.
When you interact with our website, including the checkout pages operated by our service providers, technology is used to record your personal information and your interactions with the page. This includes tracking if a checkout session is started but not completed.
We use this recorded information to process your transactions, manage your account, and send you promotional emails or abandoned cart reminders if you have provided consent.
4. Cookies and Analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies to run and market our platform:
- Essential Cookies: Used to keep you logged in securely.
- Analytics: We use privacy-friendly Cloudflare Analytics to monitor website performance.
- Marketing and Affiliate Cookies: We use tracking pixels from advertising platforms like Meta and Google to measure the success of our marketing. We also use our own Partnersify pixel for affiliate tracking.
5. Data Sharing and Subprocessors
We do not sell your personal information. We only share it with trusted third-party services required to run our platform. These include:
- Hosting and Infrastructure: Services that host our application, securely store our database, and manage edge network routing.
- Payment Processors (Stripe): For secure payment processing, subscription management, and checkout interaction tracking.
- Communication Services: For delivering system alerts, transactional receipts, and marketing emails.
6. Data Retention and Deletion
Merchants: You may close your account at any time. When you initiate an account deletion, we schedule a closure date. Once that date passes, your personal email address and identity are permanently anonymized in our database.
Affiliates: You may close your relationship with a Merchant at any time, which revokes your portal access. However, because Merchants rely on our platform for accurate financial ledgers and payout history, your underlying affiliate data (including your email) is not anonymized or deleted when you close an account.
7. International Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live (such as the EEA or California), you may have specific rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information.
If you are a Merchant and wish to exercise these rights, please contact us. If you are an Affiliate, you must direct your privacy requests to the specific Merchant you signed up to promote.
We process data in the United States. By using Partnersify, you consent to your data being transferred to and processed in the US.
8. Contact Us
You may opt out of promotional emails at any time by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any marketing email we send.
