Do you take a percentage of my affiliate sales?

Never. We strictly use flat-rate pricing. You only pay your monthly subscription fee based on your referred revenue tier.

What exactly counts as "referred revenue"?

Referred revenue is only the money generated directly by your affiliates. If a customer buys organically without using an affiliate link or promo code, it is unlimited and does not count toward your monthly limit.

What happens if I go over my monthly referred revenue limit?

We do not instantly pause your tracking or lock you out of your dashboard. We provide a grace period and send you an email letting you know it is time to upgrade to the next tier so your tracking continues seamlessly. Alternatively you can turn on auto-upgrade in the Settings.

Do you touch my bank account or handle the actual payouts?

No. Partnersify is a secure ledger and attribution engine. We handle the complex commission math and generate a perfectly formatted CSV. You simply export that CSV and upload it to PayPal or Wise to fund the actual payouts. You stay completely in control of your cash flow.

What happens when a customer refunds a Stripe payment?

Because we are securely integrated with your Stripe account, we automatically catch the refund webhook and void the commission on your internal ledger. If you use a standard payout delay (like 30 or 60 days), the commission is removed before you ever pay the affiliate.

What happens after the 14-day free trial?

You can upgrade to keep your premium features, or automatically transition to our Free tier if you are under the $100/mo referred revenue limit. Your setup data is safely preserved either way.
