Portal URL & Custom Domain
Default subdomain, custom domain DNS setup on Growth+, and homepage vs portal URL.
Affiliates access your program through a dedicated portal URL, separate from your main marketing site.
Default subdomain
During setup you choose a subdomain slug. Your portal lives at:
https://yourbrand.partnersify.com
The subdomain must be unique across Partnersify. Change it carefully; existing affiliate links will break.
Custom domain (Growth+)
On Growth plans and above, map a domain like affiliates.yourcompany.com:
- Go to Settings → Custom domain
- Enter your domain
- Add the DNS records Partnersify shows (typically a CNAME)
- Click Verify
Status shows pending until DNS propagation completes. Once active, affiliates can use either the subdomain or your custom domain.
Homepage URL vs portal URL

Do not confuse them in your FAQ copy, affiliates promote your homepage and product URLs, not the portal login page.
