Billing FAQ

Affiliate commission cut, billing portal, cancel/downgrade, and plan lapse behavior.

Do you take a cut of affiliate commissions?

No. Partnersify charges a subscription fee for the software. You pay affiliates 100% of what you configure. We do not take a percentage of their commissions or hold funds.

You pay affiliates directly via PayPal, Wise, or your chosen method using our CSV exports.

Billing portal and payment method

Owners access Settings → Billing Portal to update payment method, view invoices, and manage the subscription.

Billing requires Owner role.

Cancel or downgrade

Cancel anytime through the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period.

Downgrading preserves your portal settings, rules, and historical data, gated features stop applying in calculations and show upgrade prompts in the UI.

Plan lapse

When a paid plan lapses:

  • Your affiliate portal continues to work for affiliates
  • Gated features (campaigns, promo codes, fraud block, etc.) stop functioning but stay stored
  • Re-subscribing restores everything without reconfiguration

We never delete commission rules or sale history due to plan lapse.
