Close or Delete Your Account
Pending commission blocker, delete company, and user account pending close with recovery window.
Account closure has separate paths for user accounts and merchant companies.
Pending commissions blocker
Owners cannot delete a company while affiliates have unpaid due commissions.
You'll see an error asking you to go to Payouts and settle all commissions first.
Delete company (Owner only)
Settings → Delete Company Account:
- Permanently removes merchant data, portal, affiliates, and sales
- Irreversible, export payout history first for your records
The affiliate portal goes offline immediately.
User account closure
Non-owner users can delete their user account from their profile.
Owners must transfer ownership or delete all owned companies first.
Deletion enters a 30-day pending close period. Sign in within 30 days to restore access. After 30 days, the account is anonymized automatically.
